Collection Only: Only online orders can be exchanged for on-site accommodation. Show the voucher at Reception to receive the cocktail kit in your room while you're staying with us!
Responsibility: Customers must check the order upon collection for accuracy and condition, reporting any issues promptly.
ID Requirement: A valid ID matching the order details is mandatory for collection.
